Returns & Refunds
At The Sovl, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help with our returns and refunds policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital goods (e.g., downloads, subscriptions)
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, cosmetics)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
Return Process

Refunds Process
Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size/color was received. To request an exchange, please contact us at sovl.helps@gmail.com.
For size or color exchanges on non-defective items, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for your preferred option.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exception: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
